Matthew Draper will be speaking on March 4, 2022 at 2 PM ET on environmental claims raised by States in arbitrations brought by investors in international arbitration. Matthew routinely acts as counsel and arbitrator in international disputes concerning natural resources and water, and was a member of the ICC Task Forces on Disputes Involving States and State Entities and on the Arbitration of Climate Change Related Disputes.
