Corinne Atton is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb)

Corinne E. Atton has extensive experience advising clients in complex, high-stakes commercial and patent litigations, and international arbitrations. She has advised on a wide variety of disputes concerning a broad array of technologies, and has a particular focus on climate change issues.

Corinne is dual-qualified, and she is admitted to the bar in the States of New York and Massachusetts, and to the bar of England and Wales. She has rights of audience before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, S.D.N.Y, E.D.N.Y, the District of New Mexico; and before all courts in England and Wales, including the U.K. Supreme Court.
