Matthew Draper presented on the coming wave of climate changed-related disputes, and best practices for arbitrating them at Columbia Law School today. Matthew was a member of the ICC Task Force on Resolving Climate Change Related Disputes Through Arbitration and ADR, which launched its report in New York on January 21, 2020.
Matthew presented on the first panel of the 11th annual Columbia Arbitration Day. Professor Katarina Yiannibas, Anya George, and Elliot Friedman presented on arbitrating human rights disputes. The panel was moderated by Professor Kabir Duggal.
