Matthew Draper presented today at the American Water Resources Association's (AWRA) annual meeting in Baltimore, Maryland, on ways to improve transboundary water governance in the Eastern United States.
He joined an illustrious panel, including Pamela Bush, Assistance General Counsel of the Delaware River Basin Commission, Jason Oyler, General Counsel of the Susquehanna River Basin Commission, Roger Sims of Holland & Knight, and Robert Caccese, counsel at the PA Fish & Boat Commission.
