Matthew Draper Joins Arbitrator Roster of the AAA's International Centre for Dispute Resolution

Matthew Draper was invited today by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR), the international division of the American Arbitration Association, to join its roster of arbitrators.

The ICDR administers international arbitrations and mediations, offers sets of procedural rules to govern international arbitrations and mediations, and assists parties with the appointment of arbitrators and mediators.

The ICDR Panel of Arbitrators and Mediators is composed of specialists in international dispute resolution from around the world. The geographically diverse group is made up of highly regarded professionals from the business and legal communities.

Matthew Draper is an experienced international arbitration practioner and litigator. He has advocated on behalf of clients in dozens of arbitrations under the rules of the ICDR and numerous other arbitral institutions, including the ICC, LCIA and FINRA. He has also acted in ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL international arbitration rules.

Matthew serves as Vice Chair of the ADR Committee of the American Bar Association's Section on Energy, the Environment and Resources. He is a member of the arbitration committees of the International Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association. He is also an individual member of the New York International Arbitration Center.
