Matthew Draper was named today Vice Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the American Bar Association's Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources.
The Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee focuses on alternative dispute resolution (ADR) of environmental, energy and resource issues. Its primary goal is the development and dissemination of information on practical applications for ADR and conflict prevention and resolution techniques in the environmental, energy and resource fields.
Matthew's responsibilities will include organizing programs on the arbitration and mediation of environment, energy and natural resources disputes.
