John and Matthew Draper gave a presentation on the resolution of International transboundary and U.S. interstate water disputes to water experts and academics at Laval University, Quebec. The conference, entitled Transboundary Water Management in the Context of Climate Change, attracted eighty speakers from across the Americas, Europe and Asia to address international water use and dispute resolution.
