John Draper will chair this year's New Mexico Water Law Conference. John founded and has chaired the annual conference for 28 years. The conference will be held virtually on October 1, 2020.
Speakers will include New Mexico State Engineer John D'Antonio, the top water official in the state, and Steve Larson, a preeminent hydrologic modeler.
The Conference will also feature a conversation between
the lead counsel for New Mexico and Texas in those two states' U.S. Supreme Court case over the Rio Grande.
