John Draper will co-chair the 25th Annual New Mexico Water Law Conference in Santa Fe, NM, on September 11 and 12, 2017. John helped found this conference in 1993 and has co-chaired it every year since. This year, the conference featured presentations by New Mexico State Engineer Tom Blaine, and Amy Haas, General Counsel of the Upper Colorado River Commission. In addition the conference will feature a panel discussion of some of New Mexico's most distinguished water judges.
